Nigerian police officer Prince Adedigba Adeyinka and his wife, Adeola, have marked 15 years of marriage, reflecting on a union shaped by early doubt, financial strain and the recurring separations that come with a career in law enforcement.
From Rejection to Vows
The couple's story traces back to Adeyinka's early days as a police officer, when he first approached Adeola but was turned down. Her family also had concerns about the relationship, particularly around the unpredictability of life married to someone in the police force.
