Davido and Bus Aunty Meet at London Concert After Collab Wish

Nigerian mental health nurse and content creator Bemi Orojuogun, better known as Bus Aunty, met Afrobeats star Davido at his London concert on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, after previously naming him as her dream Nigerian collaboration partner.

Bus Aunty's Concert Experience

Bus Aunty, who gained internet fame for her humorous London bus videos and won Video of the Year at the 2025 TikTok UK Awards, documented her concert experience in a vlog shared online. The lighthearted video captured her excitement before the performance, with clips showing her dancing to Davido's hit songs, including 'Available', as he performed at the O2 Forum Kentish Town.

In one clip, she said: "I’m here to see Davido's show. It’s going to be fantastic." Dressed in a modern African outfit with a scarf, Bus Aunty also captured moments with other attendees before making her way into the concert.

The Meet and Greet

After the show, Bus Aunty met Davido for a brief meet and greet. The encounter has since sparked curiosity among fans, particularly because of her earlier admission that the singer is one Nigerian artiste she would love to collaborate with. In an earlier interview, she said: "That is a good one. I’d probably say in the UK, it would definitely be Ed Sheeran. In Nigeria, I’d probably say Davido because I love Davido."

Davido's Busy Period

The London concert comes at a busy time in Davido's career. He released his sixth studio album, Oriadé, in July 2026, which has kept him at the centre of Afrobeats conversations with fresh collaborations and performances across international stages. Away from music, Davido has remained active in politics, joining his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, on the campaign trail ahead of the August 15 governorship election, where he backed his uncle's re-election bid.
