Former Manchester United star Edinson Cavani has sensationally torn up his contract with Argentine giants Boca Juniors at the age of 39. The veteran Uruguayan striker follows fellow former Manchester United star Ander Herrera out the door after he left earlier this month.
Cavani's Time at Boca Juniors
Cavani, who was at Old Trafford between 2020 and 2022, joined Boca in 2023 and scored 28 goals in 81 games. He intends to keep playing but will also balance that with helping to run his award-winning premium wine brand, Cavani Wines, which launched in 2024.
