She alleged that the tribunal found him guilty of professional misconduct during his time practising law in England. The cited allegations included misrepresentation, breaches of regulatory rules, and a failure to properly supervise his law firm.
The case resulted in a substantial fine of £20,000, along with additional costs. Onuoha presented this history to challenge his current credibility and moral standing in the ongoing public dispute.
