Hunter Biden's Ex Demands His Arrest Over Child Support Deal Breach
Hunter Biden's Baby Mama Calls for His Arrest

The mother of Hunter Biden's young daughter has taken a drastic legal step, calling for the former first son to be locked up. Lunden Roberts, Hunter Biden's former girlfriend, has formally requested an Arkansas judge to have him arrested for allegedly failing to uphold a child support agreement they settled last year.

Legal Motion Seeks Incarceration

According to court documents reviewed by The Post, Roberts filed a motion on Tuesday, January 13, urging the court to reopen the long-standing case. The 34-year-old specifically asked the judge in Independence County to hold 55-year-old Hunter Biden in contempt and incarcerate him until he complies with the court's orders.

The motion stated clearly: "Incarcerate him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders." Roberts argues that Biden only addresses the child support dispute when absolutely forced to, and that jail time would provide the necessary motivation.

Background of the Dispute and Broken Bonds

The conflict centers on the couple's 7-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, referred to in court papers as "MC1." Hunter Biden long denied paternity until a court-ordered DNA test in 2019 confirmed he was the father. A settlement was eventually reached in 2023, where Roberts agreed to reduce her monthly child support request from $20,000 to $5,000. In return, Hunter agreed to give his daughter the proceeds from a specified number of his art pieces, and Roberts dropped her demand for the child to take the Biden surname.

The motion reveals a sadder dimension beyond finances. It claims the father and daughter had bonded through scheduled phone calls, but Biden cut off contact with his then 5-year-old child in 2024. This happened after the release of Roberts' book, "Out of the Shadows," which she insists did not attack Hunter. The filing accuses Biden of causing "emotional trauma" for Navy, notably after she attended a family wedding and realized her father would not be there to walk her down the aisle or dance with her.

A Plea for Fairness and a Father's Silence

Roberts is also seeking a modification to the court-ordered child support, arguing that Biden's financial situation has changed significantly since the last ruling. She points out that her daughter is missing out on the lifestyle and perks enjoyed by the other grandchildren of President Joe Biden.

"MC1 has begun to realize that she does not have access to the same lifestyle as Mr. Biden’s other children, and that is not fair to MC1," the motion reads. It further states that while no one can force Hunter to be a good dad, the court can ensure his daughter receives support equal to that of her younger half-brother, Beau.

Despite the heartbreak, the child holds onto hope. The motion notes that Navy believes her father will go to heaven and has said she "could not wait to get to heaven" to be with him, as he "lives far away and is really busy." Roberts, however, claims Biden's past expressions of guilt and remorse were merely a tactic to negotiate lower support payments.

The case continues, with Roberts asserting that it is "because of Mr. Biden’s antics" that they find themselves back in court, seeking justice and support for a young girl caught in the middle.
