Gehgeh, a men's coach who built a following by advising men against spending on women and avoiding marriage, has released a hilarious apology video after facing criticism for getting married himself. The internet personality stood in front of his GehGeh University banner and openly called himself a hypocrite, begging Nigerians for forgiveness while also trolling those who claim his teachings ruined their relationships.
Gehgeh Begs for Forgiveness
In the video, Gehgeh said in Pidgin English: "Nigerians, abeg, make una forgive me. I be hypocrite. I know say I no dey practice wetin I dey preach. Abeg, make una find somewhere for una heart take forgive me." He went on to address men who say they lost their partners because of his advice: "Now, to those of you wey my advice don spoil your relationship, abeg, go back, go beg your girlfriend and your wife make she take you back, abeg."
He also pleaded with women to accept their men back if they return to apologize. "I am a hypocrite and caused the problems in many relationships," he said, urging women not to blame their partners because it is all his fault. Gehgeh fully accepted blame, reiterating that his past advice was hypocritical.
AI Wedding Conspiracy and Blaming Women
In a joking tone, Gehgeh called on the Nigerian government to ban AI, claiming that the videos and photos of his wedding were AI-generated. "Nigerian women are using AI to edit men into marriage," he quipped. He also trolled men who blamed him for ending their relationships, pointing out that many of them cannot even approach a woman to woo her, yet they shift the blame onto him.
To those claiming they are going back to their ex, Gehgeh said: "Your ex dey valuable to you, na im you dump her in the first place. No man go leave valuable woman because of wetin another man talk." He added, "Your girlfriend was not useful to you before, na why you dump am. Did I ask you to leave your girlfriend?"
