She stated that these bad actors are exploiting May's name to spread threats, provoke chaos, and fundamentally misrepresent her core values.
Onuoha, who has been a staunch supporter of May Edochie throughout her marital crisis, clarified that while many supporters are genuine, certain social media pages have turned hostile. These pages, she explained, issue vile messages under the banner of defending May, actions that starkly contradict the woman they claim to support.

The actress painted a clear picture of May Edochie's character, describing her as a peace-loving, kind, family-oriented, and restrained woman who has endured significant cruelty and harassment with silence and dignity. Onuoha passionately urged genuine fans to reflect these virtues instead of engaging in harmful online behaviour.
"She reminded them that May does not threaten, harass, or attack families," Onuoha wrote, warning against allowing outsiders to tarnish the community's reputation built on justice and love for one woman.
