Rapper Soulja Boy is facing new legal troubles after an alleged email surfaced in court, showing him using profanity toward his baby mama's lawyer. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper reportedly sent an email to the legal team of Jackilyn Martinez, filled with expletives.

The documents detail an email thread where Martinez's attorney initially reached out to Soulja following a phone call between the rapper and Martinez regarding the paternity lawsuit she filed against him. The lawyer wrote: "Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately." The attorney also requested that Soulja have his lawyer contact her.
In response, the rapper allegedly wrote: "F*** you," followed by: "Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to."
Background of the Case
Martinez filed her lawsuit in October 2025, seeking legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son, KeAndre Way. She indicated she was open to Soulja receiving visitation rights. In her filing, Martinez stated she attempted to serve Soulja at one of his concerts but was unsuccessful. She also claimed she provides the majority of financial support for their son, noting that Soulja sometimes "sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so," and emphasized the need for formal child support orders.
Martinez described Soulja as having become "extremely volatile" and accused him of "intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward." Soulja has not yet responded to the case.
