A Nigerian woman identified as Uche Eze Ann has shared a story about a friend whose husband abandoned her and their children, yet the friend boasted about remaining faithful to him.
In a Facebook post on Monday, July 20, 2026, Uche recounted that the friend claimed her estranged husband had not collected the bride price, so she considered herself bound to remain faithful.

According to Uche, the friend told her: “Since my husband abandoned me and the kids, no other man has seen my pant.” When Uche asked why, the friend explained: “You know his money is still on my head, so I have to be faithful to him.”
Uche responded with a sarcastic “Awwww” and offered a “Fin hug Sis.” She noted that the friend was seeking validation to spread the story, but Uche refused to give her the reaction she wanted.

Uche clarified that she did not advise the friend to sleep around. She simply said: “Take your. Fin hug Sis.” She added: “That thing you want to hear, you no go hear am.”
