Yomi Fabiyi Shares Alleged Chat of Mohbad's Widow

Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has intensified his calls for a fresh investigation into the death of late singer Ilerioluwa Imole Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad. In a recent Instagram post, Fabiyi shared alleged WhatsApp conversations involving Mohbad's widow, Wunmi, which he claims implicate her in the singer's death.

Alleged WhatsApp Chats Revealed

According to the purported chat logs, Wunmi allegedly expressed fear that the truth about her husband's death might come to light. She reportedly said she regretted pushing Mohbad. The conversations also include exchanges with a person identified as Temmi, who allegedly assured Wunmi of her safety and suggested they continue to target someone named Oloriebi. Temmi also allegedly asked Wunmi to send money and a list of people they had added to a list.

Wunmi's Alleged Fears

Reacting to Temmi's assurances, Wunmi reportedly stated that her life would be ruined if the truth emerged. Fabiyi also shared claims from Mohbad's brother, Adura, who allegedly confirmed that the singer had a fight with his wife before his death. Additionally, the Prado driver who transported Mohbad to his last event reportedly stated that Wunmi and Mohbad argued before leaving.

More Allegations from Yomi Fabiyi

Fabiyi further alleged that Mohbad's mother has cried out that her son did not die naturally and that someone is responsible. He also claimed that Wunmi had a secret lover who entered the house after she pushed Mohbad, and that this man beat Mohbad until he died. Fabiyi called for justice and questioned the police for not investigating these issues.

The actor has been at odds with Mohbad's brother Adura over the singer's death. Months ago, Fabiyi called for Adura's arrest after Mohbad's mother appealed to the public. The comment section of Fabiyi's post was locked to prevent reactions.

Background on the Case

Recall that Mohbad died under controversial circumstances, and Fabiyi has been a vocal advocate for a thorough investigation.
