During the tour of the four-floor, five-studio facility located on approximately two acres in Ikeja, Lagos, Zulu-Okafor described HS Studios as one of the most impressive production facilities he has encountered in Nigeria. Drawing from decades of experience in the Nigerian film and entertainment industry, he commended the scale, sophistication, and elegance of the facility, noting that few studios compare with it in terms of infrastructure and production readiness.
