Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has shared the high-discipline lifestyle and strict nutritional blueprint behind his dramatic physical and mental transformation. The artist, born Panshak Henry Zamani, known for hits like Oleku, detailed his journey in a recent post online.
Diet Reset: No Sugar, No Alcohol, No Soda
Ice Prince revealed that he has completely cut out sugar, alcohol, wine, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta, bread, and seed or vegetable oils. His diet now focuses on whole foods and clean eating, eliminating processed items entirely.
Daily Workouts, Walking, and Quitting Smoking
His fitness routine includes daily walks in the morning and evening, daily workout exercises, and quitting smoking. The rapper emphasizes consistency over occasional training, combining cardio, movement, and structured exercise throughout the day.
Sleep Schedule, Reading, and Celibacy
Beyond diet and exercise, Ice Prince has adopted lifestyle changes such as celibacy, a 10 pm bedtime, 6 to 7 hours of sleep, and one hour of daily reading. These habits help regulate his body and mind, improving focus and discipline.
Intermittent Fasting and Macro Balance
He follows intermittent fasting, practicing OMAD (One Meal A Day) four times a week and TWOMAD (Two Meals A Day) three times a week. His nutritional balance consists of 50% protein, 30% vegetables, and 20% carbohydrates.
Hydration Choices
For drinks, Ice Prince sticks to water, homemade smoothies, coconut water, ginger tea, green tea, or black coffee daily. He noted that he has never tried any drugs, substances, or supplements in his life.
A Growing Trend Among Celebrities
Ice Prince's approach reflects a wider trend of celebrities openly sharing detailed fitness routines focused on discipline, diet control, and long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. His routine highlights how structured eating, sleep, exercise, and consistency are key factors in weight management.
