The family of Deacon Gabriel Osezele Oseghale Oriaifo, from Atuagbo Irrua in Esan Central Local Council, Edo State, has announced the passing of their patriarch at the age of 78. His burial rites are scheduled to commence on Thursday, May 14, with a Service of Songs at God's People World Wide Prayer Ministry in Illeh Ekpoma, Edo State.
Lying in State and Departure
On the following day, Friday, May 15, Deacon Oriaifo will lie in state at his residence located at No. 8, Zaiki Akhimen Street, Eguare Ekpoma, starting at 10 a.m. Afterward, the body will be taken to his ancestral village in Atuagbo for interment.
Entertainment and Thanksgiving
Guests will be hosted on Saturday, May 16, at Prof. Ambrose Alli Hall, Opposite Esan Local Council, along the Ekpoma-Benin Expressway in Ekpoma. The burial rites will conclude with a thanksgiving service on Sunday, May 17, at God's People World Wide Prayer Ministry in Illeh Ekpoma.
Deacon Oriaifo is survived by many children and other relatives. The family requests prayers and support during this time of mourning.
