According to Omisore, a woman who belonged to a coven accused him of taking something that belonged to her, leading to his summons before the group. He recalled arriving at the location and finding members dressed in traditional buba and wrapper attire. He also described a disturbing sight: some individuals were physically restrained, with heavy loads placed on their heads.
Omisore maintained that he had never taken anything from the woman and had never met her before. After stating his case, he was allowed to leave and returned home without incident. The video of his account circulated online on Sunday, 16 August 2026, quickly gaining attention across the country.
