One of the most significant conditions is that partners and dependent children cannot be included in the visa application. This means families travelling together as a unit will need to manage multiple applications and approval timelines independently.
The visa covers the duration of the work itself, plus a short window afterwards to allow the holder enough time to return home. Once issued, the visa becomes active either from the date of first arrival, if the applicant is abroad, or from the date the visa is issued, if the applicant is already in the country.
