Kaduna State has been commended for its significant strides in local government budget transparency, according to a recent report by BudgIT, a civic organization focused on public finance. The report, titled "The Missing Tier: Mapping Local Government Budget Transparency in Nigeria," identifies Kaduna as one of only 10 states across the country where Local Government Area (LGA) budget information is publicly accessible.
