Low Attendance Among Commissioners and Permanent Secretaries
During his inspection, the governor observed that several commissioners and permanent secretaries were absent from their duty posts. Notably, out of the state's 18 commissioners, only one—the Commissioner for Works—was present in the office at the time of the visit. The Permanent Secretaries of the Ministries of Health and Livestock Development were also found at their posts.
