Sokoto Resident Communities Applaud Governor Aliyu for Employing Their Children
Resident communities in Sokoto State have expressed their gratitude to Governor Ahmed Aliyu for employing their children in a recent large-scale recruitment exercise conducted by the state government. This commendation was delivered during a Sallah homage to the governor, highlighting the administration's inclusive approach to governance.

Speaking on behalf of the resident communities, Prof. Hassan Akin noted that their children benefited from the recruitment of 3,000 workers initiated by Governor Aliyu's government. In response, Governor Ahmed Aliyu announced the donation of a vehicle to the resident communities and assured them that the government would consider their request for a secretariat.
