APGA Leader Celebrates Soludo's Landslide Victory

High Chief Hamilton Ezeonu, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in Anambra State, has extended warm congratulations to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo following his decisive re-election victory. The Independent National Electoral Commission officially declared Soludo the winner of the November 8, 2025, governorship election after he secured an impressive 422,664 votes.

Election Results and Political Landscape

According to the final results released by INEC, Soludo's closest competitor, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu of the All Progressives Congress, garnered 99,445 votes, while Paul Chukwuma of the Young Progressives Party secured third position with 37,753 votes. The Labour Party candidate, Dr. George Moghalu, finished fourth with 10,576 votes. The election outcome demonstrates strong public support for Soludo's administration and its policies.

Call for Inclusive Governance and Development

In an exclusive interview conducted in Nnobi, Idemili South local government area on November 10, High Chief Ezeonu emphasized that Soludo's re-election represents a clear mandate to continue the economic development, infrastructure improvements, and educational reforms that characterized his first term. The APGA stalwart specifically urged the governor to collaborate with community leaders, business owners, and civil society organizations to enhance transparency and accountability in governance.

Ezeonu acknowledged the significant challenges Soludo faced during his first administration, including security concerns and economic hurdles, but praised the governor's resilience in navigating these complex issues. He expressed hope that the second term would prioritize job creation, youth empowerment, and technological innovation to secure a prosperous future for all Anambra residents.
