Women Group: Tinubu's Achievements Will Secure Second Term in 2027
Women Group Backs Tinubu's Second Term Bid

The women's wing of the Asiwaju Mandate Group has expressed strong confidence that President Bola Tinubu will secure a smooth second-term victory in the 2027 presidential election, citing his administration's achievements in economic revival and strategic inclusion of women in governance.

Grassroots Mobilization Campaign Launched

During a recent event held in Ondo town, the headquarters of Ondo West Local Council, the coordinator of the women's group, Yetunde Adeyanju, announced their mandate to mobilize massive support for President Tinubu across all 18 local government areas of Ondo State.

Adeyanju revealed that the initiative was directed by the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, with the specific objective of sensitizing women voters about the importance of re-electing the President.

"Our mandate is to go to all the 18 local governments of Ondo State, mobilize our women, and educate and sensitize them," Adeyanju stated emphatically.

Highlighting Presidential Achievements

The women's leader emphasized that President Tinubu's accomplishments in human capital development, infrastructure projects, and equitable economic growth have positioned him strongly for re-election.

"The programme is put together by the Honourable Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, to sensitize the women of Ondo State on the achievements of our President, Bola Tinubu," she explained. "The essence of our gathering is to highlight these successes."

Adeyanju confidently declared that the President's track record will naturally earn him a second term, noting that their specific assignment is to ensure every woman in Ondo State votes for Tinubu in the 2027 elections.

Intensified Grassroots Campaign

Also speaking at the event, the Director-General of AMG, Olumuyiwa Asagunla, confirmed that the group has significantly intensified its grassroots mobilization efforts to secure massive support for both the APC and President Tinubu.

Asagunla pointed to several government initiatives as evidence of the administration's commitment to national development, specifically mentioning the NELFUND program benefiting students and other laudable projects under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

"Things have come down drastically; NELFUND is ongoing for the benefit of our students, among other laudable projects for Nigerians," he stated, comparing current petrol prices favorably with previous rates.

The AMG director-general urged voters to understand governmental processes better, emphasizing that Nigerians have experienced better governance under the current administration and should therefore offer their full support.

"We need to enlighten our people about what the Renewed Hope Agenda is all about," Asagunla concluded, underscoring the importance of continuous voter education in the build-up to the 2027 elections.
