Legal Action Still Pursued

Despite the deletion and apology, Commissioner Wahab stated that the action does not absolve the user of responsibility. According to Wahab, "Taking the video down doesn't absolve the X-user and legal actions will be taken accordingly." The Commissioner emphasized that spreading false information, especially about emergencies like flooding, could cause public panic and harm the state's reputation. The case will be pursued according to the law to deter others from similar acts.
