In a bold undercover operation, a squad of Thai police officers disguised themselves as female dancers to apprehend a suspected drug dealer. The team, consisting of five male officers and one female officer, posed in dresses and makeup during a street dance festival in Lopburi province, Thailand.

Successful Sting Operation

After the operation, the officers shared a photo on Facebook, smiling in their costumes, celebrating the arrest of the suspect, identified as Mekha Fa-wap-wap. Police found him in possession of 53 methamphetamine pills, over 200 plastic bags used for drug packaging, and a mobile phone.

Suspect's Charges

Mekha now faces charges for possession of Category One narcotics with intent to sell and operating an unauthorized slot machine. According to reports from Vietnamese outlet Doi Song & Phap Luat, the officers decided to go undercover as dancers to catch the suspect off guard during the festival.
