Billboard Featuring VeryDarkMan's Image Reportedly Removed at UNIZIK Junction

A billboard poster allegedly displaying the photograph of popular online figure VeryDarkMan has been reportedly taken down at the busy UNIZIK junction in Anambra State. The development comes just days after businessman Blord, whose real name is Linus Williams Ifejirika, was remanded at the Kuje Correctional Centre in Abuja.

Background of the Feud and Legal Proceedings

Blord was arraigned at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, April 1, facing charges brought against him by VeryDarkMan, whose real name is Martins Vincent Otse. The charges include criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and unauthorized use of identity. Following his court appearance, Blord was ordered to be held at Kuje Correctional Centre pending further legal proceedings.

Before his incarceration, Blord had mounted the controversial billboard featuring VeryDarkMan's image as their ongoing feud escalated beyond social media exchanges. The billboard had reportedly received a facelift less than two weeks before its removal, indicating it was not removed due to expiration.

Video Evidence of Billboard Removal

On April 4, Livinus Nwosu, a member of the Ratel Movement, shared a video on Facebook showing the moment the billboard was being taken down. In the background of the video, Livinus could be heard exclaiming: "The billboard is gone. Omo! See the billboard o. The billboard don go. See the billboard o, them don remove am. The billboard has gone down o."

Interestingly, Livinus had previously clashed with Blord when he vowed to remove the billboard featuring VeryDarkMan's image. Fidelis Ozuawala, another Facebook user, shared pictures of the removal on his verified handle, confirming the location as UNIZIK junction, which serves as the main junction for Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

Social Media Reactions to the Development

The billboard removal has triggered significant reactions across social media platforms, with many users connecting it to Blord's current incarceration. Several commentators expressed surprise at the timing, given Blord's previous statements about the billboard's permanence.

EcheGod Divine commented: "Who instructed them to remove that Billboard abeg make them fix it back Biko i no need wahala if blord comes out from kuje he go vex cause waiting. Carry him go prison dey don remove m people go think he no be man again."

Emmanuel Michael remarked: "I thought he said nobody can make him remove it until six month that even after six months he will renew it. Nonsense he's now learning new things."

Si Pee added: "I thought he said na only president fit tell am to bring the billboard down."

Other users focused on the broader implications of the situation, with Boluwa Blessed noting: "Medicine after death, let it be on the record that poor man pikin send billionaire to prison, some bori shout power."

Eyewitness Account of Court Proceedings

Meanwhile, an eyewitness named Ositadinma has provided details about what allegedly transpired in court during Blord's arraignment. VeryDarkMan had previously released a video informing the public about the court's decision to remand Blord at Kuje Correctional Centre.

Ositadinma stated that out of respect for VeryDarkMan, he would refrain from sharing additional details beyond what VeryDarkMan had already disclosed in his video confirming Blord's incarceration. The legal case continues to develop as both parties navigate the judicial process.

The removal of the billboard at UNIZIK junction marks a significant development in the ongoing feud between Blord and VeryDarkMan, coming at a time when Blord remains in custody at Kuje Correctional Centre. The situation continues to generate considerable public interest and discussion across various social media platforms.
