A Nigerian man has sparked widespread concern after exposing what he describes as a clear terrorist plan to target multiple states across the country. The warning comes in the wake of the deadly attack on a church in Kwara State's Eruku area that left several casualties.
The Detailed Warning
The individual, who goes by the username @DaddyTwinzz on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), asserted that the recent attacks are not the work of ordinary bandits but rather highly organized jihadist groups with a strategic mission. He emphasized that these attackers are "very articulate in what they're doing" and understand their objectives clearly.
According to his analysis, the attackers have been systematically moving through different states, beginning with Benue State, then progressing to Kogi State, and most recently striking in Kwara State during the church service attack that occurred in November 2025.
Nine States Identified as Potential Targets
The man outlined a concerning pattern, stating that the ultimate goal appears to be establishing control over strategic locations to gain access to nine specific states. He explicitly named Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, Edo, Enugu, Ebonyi, Anambra, and Cross River as potential next targets for the terrorist groups.
"Their plan is to conquer these places, and then they have easy access to these states," he explained in his viral post. The inclusion of major economic hubs like Lagos and strategic southern states has raised alarm bells among security observers and citizens alike.
Public Reaction and Security Concerns
The revelation has triggered significant online discussion, with many Nigerians expressing fear and frustration. One user, @Nmawundiro, commented: "This isn't 'ordinary banditry' — it's an organized threat spreading fast. Nigeria must wake up now, because denial is dangerous."
Another commenter, @Ezeifeka_Obinna, noted the strategic importance of the already-affected states: "Kwara, Kogi, Plateau and Benue have something in common, they are holding the lines from free roaming full scale invasion."
The original poster expressed concern about the government's response, stating: "If, as a civilian, I can figure this out, nothing stops the Nigerian military intelligence from knowing this. With time, even those that support and protect them will not be spared."
Meanwhile, separate reports have emerged about personal tragedies from the Kwara church attack, including a story about a woman whose cousin was abducted during the incident while carrying her baby.
The situation continues to develop as citizens await official response from security agencies regarding these specific threats against the nine named states.
