Nurse Accused of Sexually Abusing Sedated Patients at Duke
A registered nurse at Duke Health is charged with sexually assaulting two incapacitated patients. Jomil Uy Tugado, 39, faces multiple felonies and had his nursing license suspended. Duke Health has a zero-tolerance policy and is cooperating with police.
