Oluwagbemileke Elizabeth, a graduate of the University of Ibadan (UI), has successfully obtained a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics. She celebrated her academic achievement on LinkedIn, sharing photos of her graduation shoot, where she wore an academic gown and held a scroll.

From Nursing Dreams to Agricultural Economics

In her December 2025 post, Elizabeth revealed that she initially aspired to study nursing at UI but did not meet the cut-off mark for that course. When offered agricultural economics instead, she was not enthusiastic. However, she later grew to appreciate the discipline, recognizing its power to drive change and discovering her passion and purpose.

Elizabeth, currently serving her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), reflected on how UI shaped her thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. She held roles such as Department Treasurer in her 300 level and Faculty Financial Secretary in her 400 level, which deepened her interest in project management.
