A standout initiative is the annual three-day free medical outreach, now in its seventh edition, which provides comprehensive services including medical consultations, diagnostic tests, free medications, and meals to communities across Ijebuland. Further support has been demonstrated through donations of essential drugs to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH) in Sagamu, reinforcing the local health infrastructure.

Adesanwo Adebiyi as Secretary General. Other notable members are Omoba Adetola Odusote as Publicity Secretary and Olusegun Ashaye as Legal Secretary. The council also features international representatives, including Omoba Akinwande Adewale as Deputy Head in the UK and Major Ayodele Okuwa as Head of Strategic Planning in the US, highlighting the association's global reach and collaborative efforts.
In his New Year message, President Okenla expressed profound gratitude to members for their unwavering commitment and congratulated them on witnessing the new year. The immediate past President, Mr. Olagbuyi Oduniyi, will continue to contribute as a non-officio member of the Council, ensuring continuity and leveraging past experiences to guide future initiatives.
