Message from Dr. Oby Ezekwesili

During the event, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, former Vice President of the World Bank for Africa and Nigeria’s ex-Minister of Education, addressed the recipients. She urged them to leverage the resources, stating: "You no longer have the luxury of starting small and staying there. The resources have been placed in your hands. The platform has been given.
