Alkali Abubakar Salihu Zaria, a senior Islamic scholar and Assistant National Publicity Secretary of Jama’atu Izalatul Bidi’ah Wa’ikamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS), has publicly addressed his suspension from delivering Ramadan Tafsir sessions in Damaturu, Yobe State. He attributed his remarks to frustration over the violence and suffering experienced by innocent citizens in parts of the country.
