A Nigerian mother has taken to social media to express her astonishment after receiving a school fees breakdown for her toddler that amounted to over 112,000 naira, with the cost of a cardigan not included. The woman, who shared a screenshot of the receipt, questioned whether such fees are normal for a child who has not yet learned to speak.
