TPP Fest 2026 on Leadership and Performance Holds June 24

TPP Africa has announced the 2026 edition of The Peak Performer Festival (TPP Fest), a leadership and performance event that will bring together executives, business leaders, HR professionals, managers, and emerging leaders from across Africa. Scheduled for June 24 in Lagos, Nigeria, the festival is themed: “Strategy Execution in Human Environments: The Emotional Intelligence Advantage in People, Pressure and Performance Leadership.”

The event will feature two key sessions: the Strategy Execution Summit, focused on improving organisational performance and execution excellence, and the CEO Forum, which will examine the pressures and challenges of leadership in today’s business environment. Speakers include Dr. Mosun Belo-Olusoga, Dr. Ayo Subair, Prof. Obadare Peter Adewale, Cynthia Ikponmwonsa, Omowunmi Adewusi, Jide Adeola, Ajoke Alli, Abu Yahaya, Seni Adio (SAN), and Folasade Femi-Lawal.

According to TPP Africa, the festival aims to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve strategy execution, and foster cross-sector collaboration to support sustainable organisational performance across Africa.

Speaking on the significance of the festival, Chairman of TPP Africa, Mr. Yinka Adebayo, said: “Africa’s future will not be determined solely by the quality of our strategies but by our collective ability to execute consistently, build capable institutions, and develop leaders who can deliver results through people. TPP Fest continues to provide an important platform for meaningful conversations, practical learning, cross-sector collaboration, and a sense of direction that can strengthen organisational performance and leadership effectiveness in the midst of a foggy operating environment across the continent.”

Convener of TPP Fest and Founder of TPP Africa, Dr. Abiola Salami, said: “Most organisations do not have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. Great ideas rarely fail on paper; they fail in human environments. TPP Fest 2026 is designed to help leaders understand the human side of execution, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and build the emotional intelligence required to lead people, manage pressure, and sustain performance in increasingly complex environments.”

Salami noted that this year’s edition reflects TPP Africa’s long-standing commitment to driving an inclusive culture of excellence across Africa by creating platforms that democratise access to leadership development, executive learning, strategic conversations, and transformational performance engagement.

According to him, the festival’s growing regional participation underscores its increasing relevance across the continent. “One of the most significant aspects of this year’s edition is the growing participation of leaders from both West Africa and East Africa. This reinforces our vision of building a pan-African ecosystem where leaders can learn from one another, share practical insights, and collectively shape the future of leadership, execution, and performance on the continent,” he added.

Salami noted that beyond the learning experience, participants will benefit from executive networking opportunities, cross-industry engagement, access to leading practitioners, and the opportunity to contribute to conversations that will shape the future of leadership and organisational effectiveness in Africa.

TPP Africa reaffirmed its commitment to advancing its mission of raising leaders, strengthening institutions, and enabling sustainable performance excellence across Africa through executive learning, leadership development, strategic engagement, and transformational experiences.
