Beauty entrepreneur Adeola Diiadem has publicly responded after Ehi shared parts of their private conversation online, intensifying their ongoing feud. In a video, Diiadem expressed frustration over being insulted for having previously asked to use Ehi’s showroom for a photoshoot, and she challenged Ehi to provide evidence for allegations that Diiadem was taken to Uyo for “runs.”
Diiadem’s Frustration Over Showroom Request
In her video, Diiadem said she had believed that asking people for help and building relationships was part of the process for upcoming influencers, but the experience had changed her perspective. “Dear upcoming influencers, know who you go to for help,” she warned, advising others to be cautious about who they approach for favours or assistance.
Diiadem explained that she first met Ehi through her former friend, Queen, who Diiadem claimed Ehi had taken an interest in and was allegedly constantly trying to connect with different men. They later crossed paths at Movida club years ago, shortly after Ehi bought her Range Rover.
Denying the Uyo Allegation
Addressing the “runs” allegation directly, Diiadem wrote: “First of all, I dare you to show a single chat or phone record proving that you ever took me to Uyo for ‘runs,’ as you claimed in your voice note.” She insisted that her conversations with Ehi from 2020, when she contacted Ehi to ask about using the showroom, could support her account.
Diiadem also addressed why she had previously shown Ehi respect, attributing it to her upbringing. “I’m a well-brought-up Yoruba woman, so the respect you've seen me show isn't unusual. It's simply how I was raised,” she wrote. She added that she would show the same level of respect to anyone whose space she needed to use, regardless of their status.
Impact and Next Steps
The public exchange has drawn attention to the feud, with Diiadem’s video and posts circulating on social media. She has not indicated whether she will take further action, but her demand for evidence puts the onus on Ehi to respond with proof or retract the claim.
