Photographer Drags Bobrisky Over Unpaid BBL Editing Debt

Nigerian social media personality and crossdresser, Bobrisky, has found himself at the centre of a fresh online controversy. The influencer trended on December 30, 2025, after a photographer publicly called him out over an alleged unpaid debt for photo editing services.

Photographer Accuses Bobrisky of Blocking Him After BBL

The drama unfolded when a photographer known as Detty Studio took to social media to make serious allegations against Bobrisky. According to the photographer's viral post, Bobrisky failed to pay for photo editing services rendered earlier in the year, specifically for work done on his Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

Detty Studio claimed that after Bobrisky underwent the BBL procedure, the crossdresser proceeded to block him on communication platforms, effectively cutting off contact and avoiding payment. The photographer stated, "Even if Bobrisky owes me for all the nyash editing I did for him in 2024 and blocked me after doing BBL, I would never stoop so low as to post his unedited nyash."

A Stand for Professionalism Amidst the Dispute

Despite the public call-out, Detty Studio emphasised his commitment to professionalism. He assured his clients and the public that he would not retaliate by posting unedited photos of Bobrisky, stressing that respect for client confidentiality is paramount to his brand.

"I'm a good person and I love everybody I work with," he added, while also making it clear that the outstanding payment remains an issue. He concluded his post with a firm demand: "As for me, I need my money before 2026."

This incident has sparked a wider debate about business transactions and professionalism within Nigeria's influencer and creative industries.

Social Media Erupts with Reactions

The photographer's post quickly went viral, triggering a flood of reactions from Nigerian social media users. Many were amused by the indirect revelation about the state of Bobrisky's unedited photos, while others questioned the photographer's tactics.

User @kelly_cherry humorously commented, "Tell us without telling us he she have boils and pimples on the nyash???????." Another user, @abekeokin_multipurpose, questioned the demand for payment after the public exposure, saying, "After exposing her, you still want your money..... Dey play my fan."

Some users, like @_jummy_b, predicted a quiet settlement: "Una go see say Bobrisky go settle this guy lowkey???because him/her unedited yansh is about to explode ? on internet." As of the time of reporting, Bobrisky has not publicly responded to the debt allegations, leaving netizens eager for his side of the story.

This controversy adds to a series of recent online moments for Bobrisky, who is currently abroad. Legit.ng had previously reported on his viral interaction with a waiter in a UK restaurant where he clarified his Muslim dietary restrictions, as well as his public spat with financial advisor GehGeh.
