Former Big Brother Naija winner Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has finally addressed the relentless criticism surrounding her recent body enhancement and cosmetic surgery. In a livestream session, the reality star opened up about how she funded her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and why critics refuse to let her rest.
Phyna Dismisses Claims of Spending All Her Money on BBL
During the now-viral livestream, Phyna responded to critics who questioned her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. She suggested that many of the negative comments come from people who have run out of other things to criticize her about. 'Since I do my nyash and belle, body just dey pain them because them no see wetin to use insult me again,' she said.
Payment Plan Revealed
Phyna clarified that she did not pay for the surgery in a lump sum but instead opted for an installment plan. She revealed that she started making payments in February 2025 and completed the full payment in August 2025. 'My nyash na installmental payment I do. I don dey pay for this nyash since 2025 February. You go first dey pay small small then you go come do am. Na first week of August I pay finish,' she explained.
The surgery was initially scheduled for September 2025 but was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Phyna added that when October arrived, she was not emotionally ready to go through with it immediately.
