NFL Star's Ex-Fiancée Makes Shocking Cheating Allegations on Social Media

Laila Thompson-Wainer, the former fiancée of Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Tez Johnson, has publicly accused the NFL player of infidelity on the very day he proposed to her. In a detailed TikTok video shared this week, Thompson-Wainer, who works part-time for the Seattle Seahawks, revealed the painful betrayal to her audience of over 200,000 followers.

A Day of Joy Turns to Trauma

"A year ago today I got engaged and later found out he cheated on me the same day he proposed," Thompson-Wainer explained emotionally. "So I thought we would reflect on February 21 together over how crazy that is. No, I'm just kidding, I don't know why I'm laughing. It's really not funny. It was really traumatizing."

She described waking up on the anniversary not with sadness about the relationship ending, but with grief over losing her belief in people's inherent goodness. "I went through 23 years of life believing in the good in people always as a default," she said. "And I feel like in the last year one of my biggest takeaways has been there are some evil people out there. There are fake people, there are liars, and I just hadn't run into that, and that's privilege."

The Engagement Day Timeline

Thompson-Wainer provided a detailed account of what should have been a perfect day. It began in their Orange County apartment, followed by a visit to a reptile zoo with Johnson's hairstylist and her son. After returning home to prepare for what she believed was a photoshoot, though she suspected a proposal might be coming, they traveled to a beautiful venue in the hills.

"I remember walking on this driveway and I hear music and I see this gorgeous floral setup right out of my dreams that I had as a child," she recalled. "He gets down on one knee, puts the ring on my finger, I just remember saying my cheeks hurt so much from smiling."

The couple then enjoyed an engagement photoshoot on the beach, followed by a sushi dinner before returning to their apartment. However, Thompson-Wainer later discovered that Johnson had been texting his ex-girlfriend throughout the day.

Damning Text Message Evidence

Thompson-Wainer shared screenshots of alleged text conversations between Johnson and his ex-girlfriend. One message from the morning of the engagement read simply: "need your throat." Additional texts from the previous days showed Johnson making plans to meet his ex, including one that stated: "what ever team I visit we can just meet there and when I come down there."

Even more shocking was a message allegedly sent after their engagement dinner, which read: "When can I c** in you and f*** you like I want to?"

"I've given up trying to understand how someone can be that evil," Thompson-Wainer said. "I think you just have to be a sociopath and that's just it at the end of the day."

Finding Purpose in Pain

The former fiancée explained her motivation for sharing such personal details publicly. "Let me utilize the blueprint of a bad, s***ty man to promote conversations about healing and create a community of women," she stated. "If I could make one person feel seen, heard or understood then I have accomplished my purpose."

She concluded her emotional video with a powerful statement: "Don't you dare try to silence me again." The revelation has sparked widespread discussion on social media about trust, betrayal, and the complexities of high-profile relationships.
