Controversial social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has responded with defiance to reports that popular cleric Pastor Chris Okafor plans to sue him for alleged defamation. The development follows a formal legal letter from the pastor's lawyers demanding a public apology, which VDM has outrightly dismissed.
VDM Welcomes Legal Battle, Mocks Pastor's Threats
In a video circulating online since December 26, 2025, the outspoken influencer addressed the legal threats head-on. He declared his full readiness for a court confrontation, mocking the pastor's claims that his publications were false.
"It's obvious that Pastor Okafor don't want a good Christmas," VeryDarkMan said sarcastically. He challenged the cleric's assertion directly, stating, "You call what I post false? Really? I'm coming, hold on." He welcomed the idea of a lawsuit, insisting he had nothing to hide and was prepared to present evidence if required by the court.
The DNA Test Ultimatum and 'Walking DNA' Claim
A central issue in the dispute is the demand for DNA tests on women who have publicly claimed to be Pastor Okafor's biological children. VeryDarkMan stated confidently that the women were prepared for any form of testing.
However, he made a striking assertion about one of the women, popularly referred to as "Miss Chi." VDM claimed that her resemblance to the pastor was so uncanny that a DNA test might be superfluous. "That one, they don't need DNA test. That one is a walking DNA," he declared, laughing.
VDM Hints at Prior Meeting, Warns of More Disclosures
Adding another layer to the controversy, VeryDarkMan challenged Pastor Okafor to publicly acknowledge if the two had ever met privately before the scandal erupted. "Before I post anything further, ask him whether he has ever met VeryDarkMan and ask him where he met VeryDarkMan," he said, hinting at potentially undisclosed information.
He warned that any further legal action would likely prompt more revelations from his end, suggesting the saga is far from over. His stance implies that a court case would only amplify public scrutiny of the matter.
The drama intensified when actress Doris Ogala issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Pastor Okafor, demanding he withdraw the lawsuit against VDM and issue an apology or risk further exposure. This intervention has fueled even greater public interest in the unfolding conflict between the cleric and the social media activist.
