Woman Fires Back at Man Mocking Her Marriage to Older Man

A Nigerian woman, Ugwu Tessy, has fiercely responded to a man who taunted her for marrying an older man, whom he called an 'old grandpa.' Tessy had previously shared videos from her traditional wedding, praising her husband as her 'father, adviser, and source of pounds, euros, and dollars.'

Taunting Comments

Facebook user Oligbo Ekene Elvis commented on the videos, mocking her for marrying a much older man. He made crude remarks, suggesting she should be 'ashamed that a grandpa is taking care of her kids when their father is still alive.'

Tessy's Reaction

In response, Tessy wrote: 'I agree, poor grandpa. You will never ever achieve a quarter of what he has achieved till the rest of your miserable life. You are pained. Maybe you are my ex who changed his name and locked his profile. He always makes trash, hurtful comments.'

She continued: 'This guy always comments hurting words on all my posts. Thank God Almighty you said they pursued me. They rejected me. I stayed there for more than one year. He stopped touching me, stopped eating my food for more than two years. Domestic violence was my first name there. Etcetera, before I finally left.'

'I found someone that took me and loves me, and you are complaining. The ground I walk on knows that they rejected me. I didn’t commit any offence at all. I just married early; I didn’t kill anyone. And since you are done with spiritual attacks, now coming out to physical, no problems.'

'I won’t block you. Your comments multiply my money here on this blue app. So keep it up. Please don’t stop the hurtful words.'
