Stakeholders gathered at the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED) in Ondo State for a two-day Bio-Synergy Conference to discuss how physiology and new technologies can transform healthcare in the country. The event also celebrated the 150th anniversary of The Physiological Society, underscoring its historical significance in advancing medical science.

The Vice Chancellor of UNIMED, Prof. Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe, noted that the conference reflects the institution's commitment to advancing scientific research and leveraging new technologies to tackle critical health challenges.
