Yilwatda lauds Tinubu's infrastructure drive in S'East

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has commended President Bola Tinubu's infrastructure development in the South-East, stating that these projects will give him an edge in the upcoming general elections.

Speaking at the Abakaliki Township Stadium during a mega rally organized by the Ebonyi State government and Minister of Works, David Umahi, Yilwatda noted that no previous president has accomplished as much for the region. He expressed confidence that Tinubu would secure victory not only in Ebonyi but across the entire South-East.

Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, declared that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has no place in the state in the next election. He highlighted key projects such as the dualisation of the Enugu-Abakaliki road, Enugu-Onitsha road, Enugu-Okigwe-Aba-Port Harcourt road, and the Calabar super highway linking Ebonyi, Benue, and Nasarawa to Abuja.
