The incident occurred at the Ashaiman police station, where officers intercepted the illicit items hidden inside food meant for the suspect.
Details of the Incident
According to a police report, officers at the Ashaiman station discovered four tablets of suspected narcotic substances, identified as “Timaking” or “Red,” concealed within a pie. The pie was brought to the station by 21-year-old Anita Amoah for her boyfriend, Richard Acquah, who was in police custody at the time. The discovery was made during routine checks of items brought for detainees.
