In a decisive response to the tragic killings that occurred in the Angwa Rukuba community within Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State on Sunday, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt.-Gen. Waidi Shaibu, took charge on Thursday by leading a delegation of heads from various security agencies.
