According to The Analyst, Opta's supercomputer ran 10,000 simulations to determine the leading contenders. European champions Spain top the list with a 16.1% chance of winning their second World Cup title. Key players to watch include Lamine Yamal and Pedri.

France, winners in 2018 and runners-up in 2022, have a 13.0% chance of triumphing. Kylian Mbappe, Michael Olise, and Ousmane Dembele are their standout stars.

England, seeking their first title since 1966, are given an 11.2% chance under manager Thomas Tuchel. Harry Kane and Declan Rice are pivotal.
