Mikel Arteta Reacts After Arsenal Win Premier League Title
Arteta Speaks After Arsenal's Premier League Triumph

Mikel Arteta has broken his silence after Arsenal were crowned Premier League champions, ending a 22-year wait for the title. The Gunners secured the championship following Manchester City's 1-1 draw away at Bournemouth on Tuesday, which came just 24 hours after Arsenal beat Burnley 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium. Those results gave Arsenal a four-point lead over City with only one game remaining.

Historic Achievement for Arsenal

Arsenal's last Premier League title came in the 2003/04 season under Arsene Wenger, when the team went unbeaten throughout the campaign and earned the nickname 'The Invincibles'. This new title marks a return to glory for the club after more than two decades.

Following the confirmation of their triumph, Arsenal released a video featuring Arteta, who delivered a heartfelt message to the club's supporters. "We made history again, together. I cannot be happier, prouder for everybody that is involved in this football club. Let's enjoy the moment," Arteta said.

Wenger and Guardiola React

Arsene Wenger, the club's most recent title-winning boss before Arteta, also appeared in the same film, saying: "You did it. Champions go on, when others stop. This is your time. Now, go on and enjoy every moment."

Pep Guardiola, whose Manchester City side won the FA Cup over the weekend, congratulated Arteta and Arsenal after his team's draw at Bournemouth handed the Gunners the title. Guardiola told reporters: "Congratulate Arsenal, Mikel, staff, backroom staff, fans for this Premier League, well deserved. At the same time, for my manager career, one of the years that we fought the most with incredible things that we could not control and we were there, never give up. I would have loved to arrive in the last moment, you know, to try. Of course, it wasn't in our hands, but yeah, today the fatigue was there."

Arsenal's victory is a testament to the team's resilience and the leadership of Arteta, who has now etched his name in the club's history alongside the legendary Wenger.
