Adeyemi is said to be pushing for the transfer and has made Barcelona his preferred destination this summer. Romano revealed on X that negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, with Barcelona keen to complete the signing as soon as possible.

The Spanish club is believed to see Adeyemi as a player capable of adding speed, creativity, and attacking versatility to their squad. The 24-year-old finished a strong season with Dortmund, recording 10 goals and 6 assists, along with plenty of other contributions that go beyond the numbers. He is considered one of the fastest players in Europe.
