IESL Group Launches New Subsidiary to Drive Growth and Sustainability

IESL Group has announced the launch of a newly incorporated and approved full-fledged subsidiary, IESL Oilfield Development Services Limited (ODSL), as a strategic initiative to expand its operations and enhance sustainability in the oil and gas sector. This move follows approval from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and represents a significant step in the group's growth and portfolio diversification strategy.

Expansion of Business Scope

The new subsidiary expands the scope of the former Oilfield Supply and Services (OSS) Business Unit to include a broader range of services. Key additions are Subsurface Field Development, Well Engineering, and Drilling Services. These complement established offerings such as Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Global Maintenance Contracts, Equipment Installation, Commissioning, and Start-Up Support Services.

IESL Oilfield Development Services Limited will operate across the entire oil and gas industry value-chain. This includes supporting exploration, development, and production activities, as well as refineries, oil and gas infrastructure development, and industrial plants. The expansion aims to provide comprehensive solutions to clients in the sector.
