She played a key leadership role in establishing Wellington College Independent School Jakarta, where she contributed significantly to the development of its academic, pastoral, and organizational foundations. Her leadership approach is recognized for combining strategic clarity with a strong commitment to pastoral care, community building, and maintaining high academic standards.
