Ronik Polytechnic, located in Ejigbo, Lagos, is ramping up initiatives to cultivate a robust culture of innovation and forge stronger alliances with industry stakeholders. The acting Rector, Dr Abiodun Olafenwa, revealed these plans during the institution's recent matriculation ceremony. Olafenwa highlighted that, on a global scale, higher education institutions are undergoing a transformation. During the ceremony, the visitor to the polytechnic, Chris Alabi, represented by Adeola Olubanjo, the Vice Chairman of the Governing Council, urged the matriculating students to take their studies seriously. "You must value your time, extend your learning beyond the classroom, uphold integrity, and steer clear of distractions to achieve academic excellence," he stated.
