GOtv Supa Price and How It Compares
GOtv Supa costs ₦11,400 per month in 2026, up from about ₦9,600 before a recent price increase. Prices are set by MultiChoice Nigeria and may change, so viewers are advised to verify current rates on the official GOtv Africa website. The package sits above GOtv Max, which costs ₦8,500 for 75+ channels, and below GOtv Supa Plus, which costs ₦16,800 for 85+ channels. The entry-level GOtv Jolli costs ₦5,800 for 65+ channels.
The main difference between Supa and Supa Plus is Premier League coverage. Supa Plus includes the dedicated SuperSport Premier League channel, which broadcasts multiple English Premier League matches simultaneously each weekend. Supa does not include this channel, but it does offer selected live football on SuperSport Football and highlights on Blitz.
Can You Watch the Champions League on GOtv Supa?
Yes. SuperSport holds the official broadcast rights to the UEFA Champions League in Nigeria for the 2024–2027 seasons. Champions League matches are aired on SuperSport GOtv Football, SuperSport GOtv La Liga, SuperSport GOtv Select 1, and SuperSport GOtv Select 2, all of which are included in the Supa package. For viewers whose priority is the Champions League, Supa provides full access. However, for complete Premier League coverage across all 38 rounds, upgrading to Supa Plus is necessary.
How to Upgrade to GOtv Supa
Existing GOtv subscribers can upgrade to Supa through three main methods. The MyGOtv app allows users to log in with their mobile number and decoder IUC number, then navigate to the "Change" tab, select GOtv Supa, and confirm the switch. Alternatively, subscribers can dial *288# on their registered mobile number and follow the prompts to reconnect or upgrade. The GOtv website also offers an upgrade option, where users select the Supa package, enter their IUC number, and complete payment.
New customers can purchase a GOtv decoder and subscribe to the Supa package directly. For troubleshooting, the package upgrade may take up to 48 hours after payment is received by MultiChoice. If channels do not load, viewers should confirm their IUC number matches the account and restart the decoder. Signal issues can be caused by dish misalignment or heavy rain on GOtv's terrestrial network. The USSD code may fail if the SIM card used is not registered to the GOtv account.
For assistance, GOtv Nigeria can be reached via customer care at 01-2703232, email at customercare@gotv.com, or social media at @GOtvNg on X (Twitter).
