Big Brother Naija returned for its 11th season on July 26, 2026, with 24 new housemates entering the house under the theme 'Show Ya Self'. The contestants, aged 21 to 33, hail from various states and professions, vying for the ₦160 million grand prize. Here is everything to know about the housemates competing in BBNaija Season 11.
The Female Housemates
Mercedes (Ijeoma Emi), 28, from Delta State, is a self-employed performance artist and massage therapist. She promises authenticity, confidence, vulnerability, and memorable moments.
Abi (Abisola Ayoola), 25, from Osun State, is a model and chef who speaks Italian almost fluently. Married and confident, she believes her cheerful personality, though sometimes irritating, will help her thrive.
