The list includes diplomats, consular officers, sovereigns and heads of state, members of governments, attendees of international conferences, and employees of international organisations.
According to the official guidance, the exemption also extends to qualifying family members of those in the listed categories, meaning spouses, children, and other recognised dependants may also be covered under the same provisions, depending on their circumstances.
